Launched interactive cooking classes on website. Close to 40 people signed up from a major US financial institution. Missions were 1) quick, 2) storable, 3) seasonal ingredients available at almost any supermarket, and 4) rich in nutrition. Requests we received in advance were to demonstrate almost Italian and Japanese home cooking. Cooked 4 dishes in one hour. Great fun and quite satisfactory. Power of Webex, iPad, iPhone and iPodPro.
