Already about closing April. I forgot to submit an update in March with regret. Over the last tow months, I have traveled to Sapporo twice and Hakodate once. Now being back in Tokyo, everyday cooking at home seasonal vegetables. Particularly bamboo shoots, onions and asparagus stand out for their tastes and textures. Spring is my favorite season for sure.
