Finally we will have a kitchen of our own to cook and play. It has been taking almost 6 months since the Japan Gastronomy Association started working on a search for a kitchen to relocate. Within the next two weeks, the Association should be able to officially announce the location of its new kitchen. As a Director of the Association, I will be designing and hosting events. Chef Yaz will be back very soon.
Our mind is caught in the foliage and abundant supply of fall vegetables, fish and fruits. Yummy, yummy … Let’s meet and cook together in our new kitchen. Look forward to seeing you soon.
