Happy New Year! Tokyo is very much lost in the 3rd wave of COVID-19. Surging patients, strained hospitals, corona virus variant, patients in serious conditions … all put pressure on the government to declare emergency on this coming Thursday. I have a lot of sympathy to those who are associated with food and restaurant businesses. Wishing all of you to stay strong and hopeful.
